Return and Refund Policy

His Kingdom Crumbs bakes fresh cottage bakery items weekly to order. Because our products are fresh food items made specifically for each customer, we generally cannot accept returns.

Order Deadline

Our weekly menu opens on Sunday. Orders for that week must be placed by Tuesday for Friday pickup or Friday delivery.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a refund if cancellation is requested before the weekly Tuesday order deadline. After the Tuesday deadline, ingredients and preparation planning have begun, and orders are generally non-refundable.

Missed Pickup

Pickup orders are available Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at:

If you miss your pickup window, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to arrange another pickup time, but we cannot guarantee availability or freshness after the scheduled pickup window.

Fresh Food Policy

Because our products are freshly baked and perishable, we cannot refund orders due to customer scheduling issues, late pickup, change of mind, taste preference, or failure to pick up during the agreed pickup time.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order is incorrect or there is a problem with your baked goods, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Please include your order number and a photo if applicable. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Delivery Orders

Delivery may be available on Fridays for an additional fee on orders of $50 or more. Delivery timing is arranged with the customer. If we are unable to complete a delivery due to an issue on our end, we will contact you to arrange pickup, redelivery, credit, or refund.

Cottage Food Notice

His Kingdom Crumbs products are prepared in a home kitchen under Colorado cottage food law. Our kitchen is not licensed or inspected as a commercial food facility. Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and other allergens.
